By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the dk111 website (dk111.co) or any of its associated services, products, or platforms (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the dk111 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the dk111 Platform.

These Terms, together with any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions communicated to you at the time of participation, constitute the entire agreement between you and dk111 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the dk111 Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules of the jurisdiction in which you reside or are located at the time of use. dk111 does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that accessing or using the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Players accessing dk111 from Pakistan do so at their own discretion and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Each individual person may hold only one (1) dk111 account. If it is established that a single individual holds multiple accounts, dk111 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

When registering a dk111 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address or phone number. You agree to promptly update this information should it change. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dk111 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify dk111 Support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. dk111 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

dk111 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any stage, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. You agree to provide such documentation as dk111 may reasonably request, including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

dk111 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable. dk111 reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds apply per payment method. Current limits are displayed in the dk111 cashier section at the time of transaction. dk111 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion and may impose additional limits on individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming obligations or fraud prevention measures.

You agree not to use your dk111 account for any form of money laundering, illegal payment processing, or other unlawful financial activity.

Each game available on the dk111 Platform is governed by specific game rules which are displayed within the relevant game interface or game information section. All game results are final once a round has concluded. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, dk111 reserves the right to void the round and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. dk111's decision in all disputes relating to game outcomes shall be final and binding.

dk111 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after the close of betting, placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error or technical fault, or placed as part of a coordinated attempt to exploit system errors or pricing mistakes. Any winnings derived from such bets may be reclaimed by dk111.

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers available at dk111 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the relevant promotion. In all cases, wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. Where these promotion-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

dk111 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional benefit and void associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has abused a promotional offer, including by creating duplicate accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, using irregular betting patterns to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit a promotion.

All content on the dk111 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and data, is the property of dk111 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the dk111 Platform without the prior written consent of dk111. Unauthorised use of dk111 intellectual property may result in legal action.

The dk111 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dk111 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability of services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dk111 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the dk111 Platform, even if dk111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. dk111's aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
